D Day... in Diet Day!!! Well, it's officially here and my oh my, I'm already starving! But I'm determined to do this...once and for all!!! And because I said I would....

Oh joy, I'm so very happy to have it out there for all the world to see.  NOT.  But I'm sticking to my word AND I utilized a little photoshop magic to transport myself to a beautiful beach somewhere fabulous! I survived my first workout and I weighed in at 128 pounds this morning.  This may not seem like a lot, but I was 103 pounds when I graduated from high school; that's a 25 pound difference people!!!! 25 POUNDS. Now, I don't plan on losing all that poundage, considering that I weighed 103lbs almost 15 years ago and I was only an 18 year old child at the time. I simply would like to get down to my pre-Caleb weight.  I was around 114 when we started dating and we have always enjoyed going out to eat and indulging in comfort food...a lot. And then some more.  Almost 7 years later, the weight just kind of crept up on me.  So there you have it.  

Let the journey to a new me begin...

  4. Jamie, You are gorgeous! I think it's awesome that you are trying to live doesn't matter if you have 5 pounds to lose or 100 pounds to lose, it's sooooooo good for everyone! Can't wait to see and hear how you are feeling! Yay!!!!
