A little obsessed.

Now that we're back from Florida (a wonderful time was had by all I might add) it's time to start saving, saving, saving! The next plan on the horizon is to purchase our first home, which we hope to do sometime early next year.  To achieve this, we've decided that our best course of action is to begin to live off one income and save as much as possible. It's totally do-able! There is just no reason that my hubby and I can't be packing away a nice chunk of change each month to put towards a down payment...or pay off debt.  As a realtor once told us:  "You're not truly 'saving' money if you still have debt."  So true.

It's a very exciting thought; to OWN a home.  I've been all kinds of giddy thinking about the possibilities!  I know, it's a little premature, but I sure look forward to painting, decorating, furniture buying, et al. This brings me to what I am just a tad bit obsessed with at the moment.  Couches.  And chairs. Particularly revamped couches and chairs.  I love to look through before and after shots of vintage furniture that just needed a little TLC to be back to their once fabulous selves!  Here's a little looky loo of the amazing transformations I found on Design Sponge, a design blog I highly recommend!
Enjoy!

Love!

Neat-o!
